Tipping stations are particularly useful for feeding materials into hoppers, conveying lines, or mixers. They are typically positioned directly above the equipment they need to feed, allowing the product flowing from the opened bags to fall by gravity into the next stage of the process.
The bag dump stations are usually equipped with:
- bag support shelf;
- dust hood with possibility to connect a dust extraction or integrated dust collector;
- plastic dust curtain or front door with gas spring operated opening;
- circular check screener of size according with required capacity and ready to be connected at an transport system;
- wheels installed under the support frame to have a mobile version;
